The Combined Harare Residents Association (CHRA) in collaboration with the Harare City Council have launched a software application "Taura Harare" aimed at improving convenience for residents. 

The app is set to improve service delivery in harare. 

CHRA programs manager Reuben Akili told Zimpapers Radio News that residents can report queries from the comfort of their homes, monitor and evaluate service delivery by the Local Authority.
