Government has handed over classroom blocks constructed by the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, to six schools in Bulawayo as the religious organization complements national efforts in ensuring universal access to quality education.
Speaking at Cowdray Park Primary Cchool yesterday on behalf of Primary and Secondary Education Minister Dr Evelyn Ndlovu, Bulawayo Metropolitan Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Judith Ncube said the classroom blocks are well equipped.
Last year the church signed a five year memorandum of understanding with government to help build classroom blocks in various schools countrywide.
