President Emmerson Mnangagwa has once again rallied the nation to take collective responsibility in building the country adding that development will only be attained if people are united.

Addressing a gathering during a commissioning of a fleet of conventional buses for civil service employees in Gwanda Matabeleland South Province yesterday, the President also reiterated importance of peace in the country.

President Mnangagwa had earlier commissioned a $67 million United States dollar Blanket Mine expansion project as well as establishment of a solar plant at the venture in the same town. The project is part of several ventures running in Zimbabwe including establishment of Manhize Iron and Steel plant in Midlands Province set to spur mining activities and contribute towards economic growth guided by the National Development Strategy (NDS1)
