Stakeholders have been implored to complement government efforts in the fight against drug and substance abuse, which has consumed many youths countrywide. The call was made by Inter-ministerial Taskforce on drug and substance abuse Chairperson Professor Paul Mavima during an awareness campaign at Wadzanayi Business Centre in Shamva Mashonaland Central Province.

The event was marked under the theme alleviating drug and substance abuse among children, youths and general population in mining towns through conscientization and information dissemination on drug and substance abuse.
