Health and Child Care Minister, Vice President Dr Constantino Chiwenga has commended members of the public service for continued dedication to duty in light of the harsh realities of Covid-19.

Addressing delegates virtually, during the launch of the 8th Africa Public Service Day in Victoria Falls this Monday, Dr Chiwenga paid tribute to civil service employees who succumbed to the pandemic and related illnesses while on duty.

Zimbabwe is hosting the Africa Public Service Day conference which began today and ends on Wednesday, the 23rd of June. The event is running under the theme " building the Africa we want, through embracing an ethical culture that underpins purpose driven leadership in the context of crisis."
