President Emmerson Mnangagwa says an efficient and reliable public transport system is a hallmark of a country’s development as it facilitates ease in the movement of its workers and the general populace, to contribute towards nation building.

Officiating at the commissioning of 13 conventional buses and light government vehicles in Harare this Wednesday, President Mnangagwa said his administration will continue looking into ways of improving the welfare and working conditions of the civil service.

More buses are expected to arrive in the country as the Government accelerates its efforts to provide cost effective and efficient transport system.
