President Mnangagwa has met the European Council President Charles Michel in a closed door meeting, on the sidelines of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), which is underway in Glasgow Scotland.
Although details of the meeting are still sketchy, sources say the two leaders discussed ways of working together.
Government is on a drive to engage and re-engage all nations guided by the mantra, "Friend to all and Enemy to None".
President Mnangagwa is expected to address the conference tomorrow (Tuesday) between 9am and 1pm.
