The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) has called on Local Authorities to address complaints raised by residents in their respective areas to help reduce reports brought to its offices as some of them are not corruption-related.
The call was made by ZACC spokesperson Commissioner Thandiwe Mlobane in Bulawayo yesterday when ZACC met with Matabeleland South and North rural district council’s representatives on the setting up of integrity committees.
Meanwhile, ZACC says about 148 public institutions have gone through the capacity-building on setting up integrity committees to help fight corruption.
