The Covid-19 pandemic has strained accessibility of the already limited resources towards breast cancer screening and treatment as patients are faced with a dilemma of striking a balance between ensuring a livelihood and healthcare demands.

This was said by Cancer Association of Zimbabwe Information, Research and Evaluation Officer Lovemore Makurirofa in an interview with Zimpapers Radio News, as the country observe breast cancer month, this October

Makurirofa urged organisations to raise awareness through campaigns within their workplaces and donate towards the cause.
