Afro-fusion songwriter and singer Cynthia Mare who has been silent in the music sector for five years, says she is planning to return to the musical scene after having stepped back to heal herself.
Taking to social media, the Zuva Rimwe hitmaker thanked her loyal fans and supporters for continued support.
“Thank you so much for continuing to appreciate my music over the years. I know I have been so quiet for over 5years. I had been going through a tough time and had to step away from the limelight in order to heal myself. I am so happy to tell you that I'm now doing great and I miss you all so much.”
Mare also said she is working on new songs, which will be released soon.
“I miss singing and I have started writing new songs. I miss being on stage and creating music videos. You guys have continued listening to my music and keeping it alive.
“Many of you have asked where I am and when I will be back with new music. There are no words to express how much I appreciate you. Very soon, I will be back sharing ME with you.”
