University of Zimbabwe has carried out a research to establish a national vehicle inventory which will also come up with recommendations that promote use of fuel efficient vehicles. In an interview with Star FM News after the presentation of research results in Harare, Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority Head of Petroleum Engineer Andrew Guri said, there is need to formulate viable fiscal policies that discourage importation of second hand cars that have poor fuel efficiency.
