Presidential inputs support scheme starts early this year

Lands, Agriculture and Rural Resettlement deputy minister Davis Marapira, says the presidential inputs support scheme has started off early this year, to give smallholder farmers enough time to prepare for the 2018 to 2019 agricultural season.
In an interview with Star FM News Cde Marapira said late distribution of inputs was negatively affecting their yields.
