Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development Minister Mike Bimha, says there is need to curb the importation of second hand cars into the country, to allow the local industry to recover and grow.
Launching the motor industry development policy in Harare, Minister Bimha said excessive importation of these cars has opened doors for externalisation of currency as well as shrinking the local industry.
