Murewa Rural District Council, chief executive officer Dr Alois Gurajena says Information Communication Technology has improved efficiency in Council's revenue collection.
Dr Gurajena was speaking to Star FM News during World Telecommunications and Information Society Day held in Murewa recently.
He however, said they still face shortage of base stations and connectivity problems which hinders the smooth transactions for residents who pay for services using the electronic system.
This year's commemorations were held under the theme: enabling the positive use of artificial intelligence for all.
