Journalists who excelled in insurance reporting issues honoured


By Ishmael Ndlovu has awarded journalists who excelled in reporting and furthering the understanding of insurance issues.

Broadcast, print, online and freelance journalists, under the Zim-Selector Insurance Journalist Mentorship Programme, were eligible to enter their work in the competition.

Star FM's Ratidzo Matizanadzo won the first runner up award, while Ndamu Sandu of The Standard Newspaper won second runner up ,Donald Chidoori from Risk and Insure Zimbabwe, won the 2017 insurance journalist of the year. Ratidzo said she was excited to be among the winners. 

The technical news award was won by Shame Mukoshori of the Financial Gazette,while the first runner up was Taurai Museka of Insurance Spotlight.
