Chiredzi South constituency Member of Parliament Retired Brigadier General Kalisto Gwanetsa says the ongoing construction of a television and radio   transmitter in the area will address the existing information gap in the constituency.
In an interview with Star FM News, Retired Brigadier General Gwanetsa said the area has for the past 38 years, relied on neighbouring countries for information.
