Chamisa gets two provincial nominations

MDC-Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has so far been nominated by two provinces for the position of the president, whilst Mr Douglas Mwonzora who has been tipped to contest for the top position has only received a nomination from Matabeleland South to stand as the secretary general, ahead of the party's elective congress to be held next month.
In an interview with Star FM News the party's spokesperson Mr Jacob Mafume said they are in Matabeleland North for the provincial congress.
13 provinces are taking part in the nomination process, including three in the diaspora namely South Africa, America and The United Kingdom.
