The body of the late liberation icon and Zapu president Dr Dumiso Dabengwa is expected in the country on Sunday morning.
Family spokesperson Mr Sijabuliso Dabengwa said the body will be flown via South Africa and also expressed gratitude to the government for assisting Dr Dabengwa from the time he left the country for medical attention.
Dr Dabengwa died in Kenya on Thursday, on his way to Zimbabwe from India where he was receiving treatment for a liver related disease.
He was 80.
He is survived by his wife Zodwa, five children and five grand children.
Mourners are gathered at house number 39 diamond street, Fourwinds in Bulawayo.
